WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable Joan B. Gottschall on 5/28/2013: Plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis 3 is granted. The Court orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's current place of incarceration to d educt $2.57 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial filing fee. The Clerk is directed to forward a copy of this order to the office of inmate trust fund accounts at Stateville Correctional Center. However, summonses shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation 4 is granted. The Court grants Plaintiff assistance of counsel and hereby asks Bradley Joseph Andreozzi, Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, 191 North Wa cker Drive, Suite 3700, Chicago, IL 60606-1698, to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under the District Court's Local Rule 83.37 (N.D. Ill.). After investigation, counsel should notify the Court within sixty days if he wishes to proceed with the complaint on file or he intends to file an amended complaint.
