WRITTEN Opinion entered by the Honorable John Z. Lee on 5/2/2013: Plaintiff's in forma pauperis ("IFP") application [ 3 ] is granted. The trust fund officer at his place of confinement is directed to deduct $9.75 as an initia l payment of the filing fee and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. The clerk shall send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Cook County Jail. The complaint is dismissed without prejudice to allow Plainti ff to submit an amended complaint in accordance with this order. Plaintiff is given 30 days from the date of this order to comply.
