Plaintif fs are directed to provide defendants with a proposed judgment order by August 17, 2017, and the parties are to provide an agreed upon form of judgment order (or alternative proposals in the event of non-agreement) to the Court by August 21, 2017. The case is set for a status hearing on August 23, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. for the purpose of entering a final judgment and setting a schedule for determination of plaintiffs' recoverable attorney's fees.
