MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: Plaintiff Mario Villagran ("Villagran"), a prisoner at Shawnee Correctional Center, brings this pro se civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging that he was subjected to unconstitution al conditions of confinement while detained at Cook County Jail. Now before the Court is Defendant's motion for summary judgment. Villagran has not responded to the motion, despite having been given two opportunities to do so. (Dkt. 33 , 44 .)
