As discussed in the opinion, the parties are directed to submit supplemental memoranda on the latter point by 9/27/2017. The ruling set for 9/21/2017 at 9:30 AM is converted to a status hearing on that same date at 8:30 AM, in chambers (Room 2188). (mk)

MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 5/17/2017: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion and Order, the Court grants plaintiff's partial motion for summary judgment in part and denies it in part [dkt. no. 120]. Flora is entitled to summary judgment on the issue of liability on his claim concerning the Cook County Jail's inaccessible toilets and showers but not on his claim regarding conditions at the Leighton Courthouse. The case is set for a status hearing on May 24, 2017 at 9;30 a.m. for the purpose of setting a date for trial on all remaining claims and issues. (mk)
