OPINION AND ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, the Court grants in part and denies in part the Ritchie Parties' motion to dismiss 82 . The Court dismisses Kermath's unjust enrichment claim against Thane Ritchie (First Amended Counterclaim Count 4) with prejudice. The Court orders the Ritchie Parties to answer the remaining allegations of the First Amended Counterclaims by June 16, 2017.
