MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion, Defendants' Motion to Dismiss the First Amended Complaint 20 is granted and Defendants' Alternative Motion to Dismiss or Strike Class Allegation s 22 is denied as moot. Plaintiffs' First Amended Complaint is dismissed without prejudice. Plaintiffs shall have until 4/20/2018 to file an amended complaint addressing the deficiencies discussed in the accompanying Memorandum Opinion. If Pla intiffs do not file an amended complaint by that date, the case will be dismissed with prejudice. Status hearing previously set for 4/11/2018 is stricken and reset for 4/26/2018 at 9:00 AM.
