MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order; The plaintiff, George Bouris, brought this action against defendant Richard Diddams asserting claims for breach of fiduciary duty, declaratory judgment, and equitable accounting. Diddams now moves this Court to dismiss Bouris' complaint for lack of venue and failure to state a claim on which relief may be granted.
