Filing 51 MEMORANDUM Opinion and Order: For the reasons stated above, the defendants' motion to dismiss, ECF No. 35 , is granted in part and denied in part. Counts II, III, and IV of plaintiff's verified amended complaint are dismissed. The moti on is denied as to Count I but the plaintiff is ordered to amend the complaint to make clear which information was voluntarily disclosed without restriction to FDL, and is consequently not protectable.
