The Court grants the government's motion for judgment on the pleadings with respect to count 1 of the complaint, but denies the motion with respect to counts 2 and 5 [dkt. no. 10]. The case is set for a status hearing on August 8, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. The government should be prepared to discuss at that time how it proposes to deal with the remaining claims in its complaint. (mk)
