OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons stated in the accompanying Opinion and Order, the Court grants Hertz's motion to compel arbitration 27 and grants Hertz's motion to dismiss 24 with prejudice regarding claims stemming from Kurth's fifth transaction with Hertz.
