ORDER signed by the Honorable Matthew F. Kennelly on 10/15/2018: The Court grants Plaintiff's application to proceed in forma pauperis #3 , waives the initial partial filing fee, and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to make monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the supervisor of the inmate trust fund accounts office at the Will County Adult Detention Facility. The Court is directed to enter judgment dismissing Plaintiff's federal claims with prejudice and dismissing his state law claims for lack of federal subject matter jurisdiction. This counts as one of Plaintiff's three allotted dismissals under 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied as moot. Mailed notice. (pjg, )
