September 18, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 9 ORDER: Plaintiff Almaz Rizk ("Plaintiff") brings this pro se action against Reverse Mortgage Solutions, First Midwest Bank, Affiliated Bank/North Shore, Seattle Mortgage Company, Seattle Savings Bank, and Bank of America ("Defendants"). Currently before the Court are Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis ("IFP") #4 and motion for attorney representation #5 . For the reasons explained below, Plaintiff's IFP application #4 is granted and the filing fee is waived. However, summons shall not issue at this time. Plaintiff's complaint is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Plaintiff is given until October 19, 2018 to file an amended complaint, to the extent he can do so consistent with this opinion.
