ORDER: Plaintiff's 17-page, multi-count First Amended Complaint [#7 ] is stricken. Again, if Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint limited to a single, core claim. He may not join unrelated claims and Defendants in one action. His conditions-of-confinement claim, mental health claim, and medical claims belong in at least three separate lawsuits. See R. 6, Order of December 10, 2018; Owens v. Godinez, 860 F.3d 434, 436 (7th Cir. 2017); George v. Smith, 507 F.3d 605, 607 (7th Cir. 2007); Fed. R. Civ. P. 18, 20. Failure to submit an amended complaint advancing one claim by April 1, 2019, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. The Court directs the Clerk to send Plaintiff an amended civil rights complaint form and instructions. For the reasons set forth in the Court's prior order, Plaintiff's motion to reconsider recruitment of counsel [#9 ] is denied, without prejudice. Plaintiff, whose pleadings to date have been cogent and reasonably well written, is perfectly capable of drafting an amended complaint using the Court's simple form. Signed by the Honorable Elaine E. ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauper #3 is granted. The Court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration to deduct $27.72 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk of Court as an initial partial payment of the filing fee, and to continue to making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint limited to a single, core claim. Failure to submit an amended complaint by February 10, 2019, will result in summary dismissal of this lawsuit. The Court directs the Clerk to:(1) send a copy of this order to the trust account office at Plaintiff's place of confinement, and(2) mail Plaintiff an amended civil rights complaint form and instructions.
