MINUTE entry before the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer: Plaintiff Gonzalez has contacted the court's deputy to ask why he is not being permitted to file materials with the Clerk. The court provides the following explanation: Mr. Gonzalez is free to file materials with the Clerk of Court so long as they relate to cases that he initiated prior to June 19, 2019. On that date, the Court's Executive Committee issued an order barring Mr. Gonzalez from initiating any new cases without first obtaining permission to do so from the Executive Committee. The Clerk is directed to furnish Mr. Gonzalez with a copy of that order in Civil Action No. 19 4123. As that order explains, should Mr. Gonzalez wish to initiate a new lawsuit, he should submit it to Room 2050, marked with the words, "Motion Seeking Leave to File Pursuant to Order of Executive Committee." Finally, the court notes that Mr. Gonzalez filed a motion labeled "HARASSMENT" and noticed it for hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 8:45 a.m. But he did not appear in court that morning. On its own motion, the court sets status in this case for Thursday July 18, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. in Courtroom 2541. Mr. Gonzalez's failure to appear at that time will result in dismissal.
