ORDER: The Court dismisses Plaintiff Joshua Scott's complaint #1 . Scott is given until October 15, 2019 to submit an amended complaint and a completed USM-285 (Marshals service) form for each Defendant named in the amended complaint, if he believes he can address the concerns discussed in this order. If he does not comply, the Court will dismiss this case for failure to state a claim. Scott is reminded that he must promptly submit a change-of-address notification if he is transferred to another facility or released. If he fails to keep the Clerk informed of his address, this action will be subject to dismissal. The Clerk is directed to send Scott an amended civil rights complaint form and instructions, a blank USM-285 form, and a copy of this order. Signed by the Honorable Matthew F.
