ORDER Signed by the Honorable John J. Tharp, Jr on 9/9/2019: Plaintiff has initiated this lawsuit without addressing the filing fee. His complaint #1 isdismissed with prejudice for his failure to disclose his litigation history and accumulation of three strikes. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Having brought this action, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full $400 filing fee, 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), as well as all outstanding filing fees. See Sloan v. Lesza, 181 F.3d 857, 859 (7th Cir. 1999). An order providing instruction for the collection ofPlaintiffs filing fee in conjunction with his other incurred fees will follow. The Court directs the Clerk to enter a final judgment of dismissal. This case is closed, and the pending motion #3 is denied as moot.Mailed notice(air, )
