His complaint #1 isdismissed with prejudice for his failure to disclose his litigation history and accumulation of three strikes. See 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Having brought this action, Plaintiff remains obligated to pay the full $400 filing fee, 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), as well as all outstanding filing fees. See Sloan v.
