By order dated September 19, 2019, the Court denied Plaintiff's application for leave toproceed in forma pauperis without prejudice and ordered Plaintiff to either submit a properlycompleted application, including supporting documents, or pay the Court's $400.00 filing fee #10 .In addition, Plaintiff was ordered to show good cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed based on apparent false statements in her in forma pauperis application. At that time, the Court warned Plaintiff that failure to comply by October 21, 2019, would result in summary dismissal of this case. Plaintiff has neither submitted a renewed application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis nor paid the Court's filing fee nor responded to the Court'S show cause order. Accordingly, this case is dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to comply with the Court's order. The Court directs the Clerk of Court to terminate all pending motions as moot.
