| Filing 4 AMENDED EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE ORDER :On March 13, 2019, an Executive Committee order was entered with the incorrect Action No. 19 M 196. This amended order will correct the error by noting that the Action No. is 19 M 169. On January 9, 2014, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals entered an order directing all courts in the circuit to return unfiled any papers submitted by or on behalf of pro se litigant Bobby Ford until he has paid all outstanding fees in the District Court and the court of Appeals in full. Mr. Ford owes fees in the amount of $3,772.98. The January 9, 2014 Seventh Circuit order further directed that the order does not apply to criminal cases or petitions challenging the terms of Mr. Fords confinement. On January 25, 2019, Bobby Ford submitted documents for filing. At its meeting on March 7, 2019, the Executive Committee reviewed the documents submitted on January 25, 2019, therefore IT IS HEREBY ORDERED That in light of the January 9, 2014 Seven Circuit order, Mr. Ford may only bring habeas petitions or challenges to his conditions of confinement against his custodian. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED That the Clerk of Court shall mail Mr. Ford a copy of this order along with a packet of information that explains how to file a habeas petition. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk shall cause a copy of this order to be mailed to Mr. Ford at N-20126, Stateville Correction Center, "N.R.C. Unit," P.O. Box 112, Joliet, Illinois 60434, the address provided in documents submitted on January 25, 2019. Such mailing shall be by certified or registered mail, return receipt requested.
