ORDER Signed by the Honorable Robert W. Gettleman on 7/15/2020: Plaintiff's motion to proceed in forma pauperis [R. 3] is denied, without prejudice. The Court directs Plaintiff to submit a renewed IFP application that is certified by a trust fund officer; he must also attach copies of prison trust fund ledgers showing his income for the six months preceding the initiation of this action [that is, from January 14, 2020, through July 14, 2020]. Failure to comply by August 19, 2020, will result in denial of leave to proceed in forma pauperis and summary dismissal of this case. The Court instructs the Clerk to provide Plaintiff with a blank IFP application along with a copy of this order. Mailed notice (cn).
