ORDER: This case is dismissed because the Court lacks subject-matter jurisdiction over Petitioner's second or successive habeas corpus petition. See 28 U.S.C. 2244(b). The Clerk is directed to: (1) update the docket to reflect that Respondent is Leonta Jackson, Warden, Pontiac Correctional Center, and (2) enter judgment in favor of Respondent and against Petitioner. Furthermore, Petitioner is admonished that the filing of additional actions challenging his state criminal convictions may result in the imposition of sanctions. See Alexander v.
