(Dkt. 1). Defendant states that "upon information and belief" Plaintiff was and is an Illinois citizen. Defendant is reminded that allegations of citizenship based on "information and belief" are insufficient to establish diversity jurisdiction in the Seventh Circuit. See Brickstructures, Inc. v. On or before 10/1/20, Defendant shall file a jurisdictional supplement, as a separate docket entry, confirming Plaintiff's citizenship. Failure to file may result in the case being dismissed for lack of subject matter jurisdiction or sua sponte remanded. The Court sets the following briefing schedule on Defendant's motion to dismiss #5 : Plaintiff's response brief is due 10/7/20. Defendant's reply brief due 10/21/20. In addition, on or before 10/28/20, the parties shall file a joint initial status report. A template for the Initial Status Report, setting forth the information required, may be found at http://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/Judges.aspx by clicking on Judge Rowland's name and then again on the link entitled 'Initial Status Conference.'
