Filing 5 ORDER :Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis is granted. The trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of incarceration is authorized to deduct $12.83 from Plaintiff's account as the initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making deductions in accordance with this order. As explained further below, Plaintiff's trust fund officer must collect 100% of all income into Plaintiff's trust account until accrued filing fees on his multiple cases are paid. The trust fund officers at Cook County Jail are reminded that they must follow all court orders issued pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915 requiring an initial filing fee deduction and the subsequent deductions at 20 percent of the preceding month's income credited to the inmate's account for each action pursued. The Clerk shall electronically send a copy of this order to the trust fund officer at the Cook County Jail. Plaintiff may not proceed on his complaint at this time, however. By February 1, 2021, Plaintiff shall show cause in writing why this case should not be dismissed for his failure to exhaust available administrative remedies prior to suing as set forth in this order. If Plaintiff believes, after reviewing this order, that he did not fully exhaust his available administrative remedies before initiating this case, he may so notify the Court (which may be done through a notice of voluntary dismissal), and this case will be dismissed without prejudice to Plaintiff filing a new lawsuit when and if appropriate, as further explained below. If Plaintiff believes, after reviewing this order, that he did exhaust his available administrative remedies before submitting his pleadings, he must explain this in writing as set forth below but is warned that he is subject to sanctions (including dismissal of this lawsuit) for factual misrepresentations. Plaintiff's pending motion for attorney representation is denied without prejudice to renewal following resolution of this issue. If Plaintiff fails to respond to this order by the date set forth above, the case will be dismissed without prejudice for Plaintiff's failure to exhaust available administrative remedies.
