Filing 5 ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 and orders him, by February 5, 2021, to: (1) pay the full statutory filing fee of $402.00 (the fee increased by $2.00 on December 1, 2020); and (2) show cause (explain in writing) his conduct in submitting an incomplete and misleading application; and (3) provide an updated trust fund account statement covering at least July 22, 2020 to the date of Plaintiff's response. If he fails to comply by the date specified, the Court will summarily dismiss this case.
