Pro Se Plaintiff appeared but left the call prior to the hearing being adjourned. Plaintiff's comments on call were for the most part unintelligible due to her wearing a mask and technical issues. The Court will give plaintiff time to contest this matter being removed to the federal court. Plaintiff has to March 24, 2021 to file objections to the matter being removed to federal court. Plaintiff's submissions are limited to 15 pages (including attachments). Defendants should respond by April 5, 2021 and have the same page limit as plaintiff. Defendants' response to complaint is stayed until the objection to the removal is resolved.
