ORDER :Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 is denied without prejudice. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must file an amended in forma pauperis application that includes a trust fund certification and the underlying trust fund ledgers starting on at least February 17, 2021 (when his current ledgers end) and ending on the date that he submits his response. In addition, he must submit a memorandum that explains why, in view of his income after the events at issue in this case, he failed to save funds in order to pay the filing fee. Alternatively, Plaintiff may prepay the $402 filing fee. If Plaintiff does not comply by April 21, 2021, the Court will summarily dismiss this case. Plaintiff must promptly submit a change-of address notification if he is released or transferred to another facility. If he does not comply, this case will be subject to dismissal. The Court defers screening of Plaintiff's complaint #1 and addressing his motion for attorney representation #5 pending resolution of his fee status.
