ORDER: Plaintiff has complied with the Court's previous order #5 6 . Summonses, however, shall not issue. Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed without prejudice for failure to state a claim, although the Court, in an abundance of caution, will provide Plaintiff a chance to amend. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this lawsuit, he must submit an amended complaint that complies with this order. Failure to submit an amended complaint by June 11, 2021, will result in dismissal of this lawsuit. The Clerk of Court is directed to send Plaintiff a civil rights amended complaint form along with a copy of this order. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice to later renewal. Plaintiff must ensure that he promptly apprises the Court of any address change, or this lawsuit may be dismissed for want of prosecution.
