Motion for attorney representation #4 is denied without prejudice as premature, as the court at this early stage cannot determine whether Plaintiff is able to litigate this case on her own. The Clerk is directed to issue summons for service on Defendant Brown. The Marshals Service is appointed to serve the complaint and summons on Defendant. The Clerk is directed to send a USM-285 form to Plaintiff. Plaintiff has until 4/26/2021 to complete the USM-285 form and return it to the Clerk of Court. Failure to comply will result in the dismissal of this suit for want of prosecution.
