The Court adopts the parties' proposed schedule, which is as follows: Rule 26(a) disclosures shall be made no later than May 28, 2021. Fact discovery to be completed no later than November 30, 2021. NO EXTENSIONS. The parties state that no expert discovery is anticipated; if that changes, the parties shall file a statement no later than November 5, 2021 indicating what experts they intend to retain and setting forth a proposed expert discovery schedule.
