Filing 7 ORDER: The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's complaint #1 under 28 U.S.C. 1915A, and it is dismissed for failure to state a federal claim. Plaintiff's motions for attorney representation #4 and motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 (submitted in support of that motion) are provisionally granted, subject to Plaintiff submitting a current application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis. Plaintiff is directed to do so by March 4, 2022. The Court recruits Francis Baumgart, Francis Baumgart & Assoc., 140 S. Dearborn St., Suite 1603, Chicago IL 60603, francis.baumgart@gmail.com, to represent Plaintiff in accordance with counsel's trial bar obligations under N.D. Ill. Local Rules 83.11(h) and 83.37.1 Recruited counsel is directed to file an appearance by February 18, 2022 and a status report regarding his investigation of this matter by March 18, 2022. If counsel believes that filing an amended complaint in this matter would be inconsistent with his Rule 11 obligations, he should inform the Court.
