As plaintiff's complaint is a pleading to which a responsive pleading is required and, as of yet, no answer or Rule 12 motion has been filed, the Court treats the requested amendment as one allowed as a matter of course. Plaintiff is directed to file separately his amended complaint by 3/7/2022. Defendant shall have until 3/18/2022 to file a responsive pleading. Telephonic initial status hearing previously set for 3/17/2022 is stricken and reset for 4/14/2022 at 9:45 AM.
