Finnegan: Magistrate Judge telephone status hearing held on 10/12/2022 and continued to 12/13/2022 at 9:15 a.m. The parties report the vehicle inspection was completed on 10/11/2022. The parties have not exchanged Rule 26(a)(2) disclosures and are to do so before the next status hearing. Plaintiff has issued written discovery, and Defendant will do so within a week. Plaintiff will be sending a list of treating health care providers to Defendants today and will promptly provide a HIPAA authorization so medical records may be subpoenaed. If the parties require a HIPAA order, they may submit a proposed order to the Court at Proposed_Order_Finnegan@ilnd.uscourts.gov. The Court imposes the following discovery schedule: (1) The parties are to complete fact discovery by 4/12/2023 (including treaters); and (2) amended pleadings are to be filed by 1/10/2023.
