ORDER: The Court grants Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #4 and orders the trust fund officer at Plaintiff's place of confinement to deduct $14.00 from Plaintiff's account for payment to the Clerk as an initial partial payment of the filing fee and to continue making monthly deductions as detailed in this order. The Clerk is directed to send a copy of this order (electronically if possible) to the trust fund supervisor at the Cook County Jail and the Court's Fiscal Department. The Court dismisses Plaintiff's complaint for failure to state a claim but will allow him to submit an amended pleading by November 23, 2022. If he fails to comply, the Court will dismiss this case for failure to state a claim. The Court also denies Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #3 without prejudice. Plaintiff must promptly advise the Clerk if his address changes while this case is pending. If he does not do so, this case will be subject to dismissal with no further warning.
