ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff Angelina Freire's Complaint #1 and a notice of suggestion of bankruptcy filed by Defendants #7 . For the reasons below, the Court dismisses the Complaint without prejudice and with leave to amend. Plaintiff is directed to file an amended complaint by November 29, 2022. Any amended Complaint should name the parties she seeks to include in the lawsuit in the case caption and must explain the basis for subject matter jurisdiction. For every Defendant named in the amended complaint, Plaintiff must (a) present a summons that complies with Rule 4(a) to the clerk for signature and seal and (b) serve the issued summons and complaint upon Defendants. Every plaintiff named in the amended complaint must file an appearance form. The Court directs Plaintiff's attention to the U.S. District Court Hibbler Memorial Pro Se Assistance Program, information about which can be found at https://www.ilnd.uscourts.gov/Pages.aspx?/2+UWDbtVzCDq3Lu8BusuQ== or by calling 312-435-5691.
