December 7, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER: Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is granted. The Court finds that Plaintiff is unable to pay the fees associated with filing this action and thus the filing fee is waived. However, based on the Court's review pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e), Plaintiff's complaint #1 is dismissed. Plaintiff's federal claims are dismissed with prejudice based on the doctrine of res judicata, and her state law claims are dismissed without prejudice as the Court again declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over them.
