Filing 9 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Manish S. Shah: The parties shall exchange initial disclosures by 3/1/23. All fact discovery must be noticed in time for completion by 10/31/23. The court will allow medical discovery to occur after that deadline, but only if the parties commence medical discovery, obtain records, and identify treaters for depositions by 9/29/23. Plaintiff must also provide a meaningful computation of damages in the initial disclosures. Any requests to amend the pleadings must be made by 07/18/23. The court will set expert discovery and dispositive motion deadlines when the parties get closer to completing fact discovery. An agreed proposed confidentiality order may be submitted to proposed_order_shah@ilnd.uscourts.gov. The parties may contact susan_mcclintic@ilnd.uscourts.gov for a settlement referral.
