The court will allow medical discovery to occur after that deadline, but only if the parties commence medical discovery, obtain records, and identify treaters for depositions by 9/29/23. Plaintiff must also provide a meaningful computation of damages in the initial disclosures. Any requests to amend the pleadings must be made by 07/18/23. The court will set expert discovery and dispositive motion deadlines when the parties get closer to completing fact discovery.
