| Filing 17 MINUTE entry before the Honorable M. David Weisman: Magistrate Status hearing held. Parties reported that they wish to exchange written discovery and then determine whether a settlement conference would be useful. Written discovery will generally pertain to damages and the claim file from the insurance company. Defense counsel also noted that there is an exclusion clause in the insurance policy that will require discovery into plaintiff's maintenance of certain pipes.
