ORDER: The Court denies Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 for lack of indigence. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must pre-pay the $402.00 filing fee by June 16, 2023. Failure to pay the filing fee by that date will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers consideration of Plaintiff's complaint #1 until Plaintiff has paid the filing fee. The Court denies Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation #4 without prejudice.
