Filing 5 MINUTE entry before the Honorable Franklin U. Valderrama: Plaintiff has filed a "notice to clerk" stating that, "[p]er the Illinois Constitution, Article I Section 12... there is no fee(s) required... no law requires a man to diminish his status by filing an in forma paupers form or to claim to be indigent." R. #4 . As the Executive Committee Order informed Plaintiff, Local Rule 3.3 of the Northern District of Illinois requires Plaintiff to either (1) pay the filing fee, or (2) submit an in forma pauperis (IFP) application, in order to properly open a case and present any motion for the Court's consideration. R. 3 . The Executive Committee advised Plaintiff that failure to pay the filing fee or submit a completed IFP application by 6/14/2023 may result in sanctions, including dismissal of the action, pursuant to Local Rule 3.3(f). Id. To date, Plaintiff has not paid the filing fee or submitted an IFP application. The Court extends Plaintiff's deadline to pay the filing fee or submit a properly completed IFP application on the Court's form to 6/30/2023, and warns Plaintiff that failure to comply with that deadline will result in dismissal of his case without prejudice.
