The motion for attorney representation #5 is denied without prejudice. Plaintiff's motion for leave to file an amended complaint #7 is granted. Johnson has until November 15, 2024, to file a complaint that strictly complies with this Order. If Plaintiff fails to file an amended complaint by this date, the matter will be dismissed for failure to prosecute and failure to follow Court Orders.
