Harjani: On January 28, 2025, the Court found that Plaintiff's complaint must be dismissed for failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted. Plaintiff's Amended Complaint #9 , filed the same day, does not address the issues raised in that Order, but due to unknown filing times the Court does not know if this was filed after the Order. As such, the Court strikes Plaintiff's Amended Complaint #9 and Plaintiff is given leave to file an amended complaint in 30 days and to either secure an attorney to represent him or explain to the Court via motion why he should be appointed one.
