Filing 7 ENTERED JUDGMENT :Mailed notice(sb, ) |
Filing 6 ORDER: This case is dismissed. On 8/23/10, the Seventh Circuit imposed a $500 sanction on Terry Neely Taylor. "Until he pays that amount in full to the clerk of [the Seventh Circuit], he is barred from filing further civil suits in the courts of this circuit in accordance with Support Sys. Int'l v. Mack, 45 F.3d 185 (7th Cir. 1995), and any papers he submits will be returned unfiled." See Taylor v. USA, No. 10-2807 (7th Cir. Aug. 23, 2010). Taylor cannot file pleadings in this court until he has paid the $500 sanction. This court further notes that Taylor's claims in this case concern alleged events that occurred in Tulsa, Oklahoma by a welding company located there. His suit not only is barred by the 8/23/10 order quoted above but also does not belong in this court. See 28 U.S.C. 1393. The Clerk is directed to dismiss this case and return to Plaintiff his pleadings. The Clerk shall return unfiled all filings from Taylor until he demonstrates he has satisfied the Seventh Circuits $500 sanction. Signed by the Honorable Frederick J. Kapala on 8/24/2016:mailed notice(pg, ) |
