Filing 6 ORDER : The court denies plaintiff's motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis 4 for "fraud" and summarily dismisses the complaint with prejudice in view of plaintiff's failure to advise the court that he is barred from f iling suit until he has paid outstanding fees. The case is terminated. The court directs the Clerk of Court to enter final judgment. Plaintiff's motion for attorney representation 3 is denied as moot. Having brought this action, plaintiff nev ertheless remains obligated to pay the full filing fee. Before pursuing any future litigation, plaintiff must pay any outstanding fees.
