ORDER signed by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 9/24/2018: The court denies the plaintiff leave to proceed in forma pauperis pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g) and summarily dismisses the complaint with prejudice in view of the plaintiff's failure to pay the statutory filing fee. Having brought this action, the plaintiff nevertheless remains obligated to pay the full filing fee. Before pursuing any future litigation, the plaintiff must pay any outstanding fees. The court authorizes and orders the trust fund officer at the plaintiff's place of incarceration to begin making monthly deductions in accordance with this order. The court alerts the plaintiff's trust fund officer that 40% of all deposits into the plaintiff's trust account must be forwarded to the Clerk of Court. (This 40% obligation is in addition to deductions toward any filing fees the plaintiff has accrued in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and/or any other federal judicial districts). The court instructs the Clerk of Court to send a copy of this order to the trust account office at the Dixon Correctional Center. [see STATEMENT] Mailed notice (kms)
