ORDER: Petitioner Eric Lamont Johnson seeks to file: a 28 U.S.C. 2241 claim about his sentence as career offender; a claim about the loss of good conduct time; and civil rights claims about medical care and segregation confinement. To the extent he primarily seeks 2241 relief (his first ground for relief and the preprinted court form he uses), he has neither paid the $5.00 filing fee nor submitted an in forma pauperis (IFP) application demonstrating his inability to pay it. He must satisfy the court's filing fee requirement before this court can conduct an initial review. Additionally, petitioner cannot bring all the above described claims in one case. His claims are distinct and cannot be joined. Accordingly, the petition #1 is dismissed without prejudice to him submitting a petition that asserts only his 2241 claims. He may seek to assert his other claims in newly brought cases. Petitioner has until December 9, 2019 to comply with this order. His failure to comply will result in summary dismissal of this case.
