Petitioner may return to federal court with a renewed 2254 petition after the state courts have had a full and fair opportunity to review the claims he seeks to bring in this Court. Petitioner's motion to request an attorney #3 and any other motions are denied as moot. This dismissal does not count towards the limitations on second or successive habeas corpus petitions.
