June 7, 2022 Opinion or Order Filing 4 ORDER : Federal prisoner Jean Oscar recently submitted to this court an "Affidavit" #1 and a "Motion to Expand the Record" #3 . The documents were not accompanied by a filing fee or an application to proceed in forma pauperis. The documents also are largely unintelligible except for those portions where plaintiff asserts his desire to have "consensual sex" while imprisoned. Similar submissions were rejected by other courts before plaintiff initiated this action. See, e.g., Oscar v. Doe, No. 3:22-cv-03053-SLD (C.D. Ill.) (dismissing case with prejudice as frivolous on Apr. 20, 2022); Oscar v. Untied States of America, No. 5:22-cv-151-BJD-PRL (M.D. Fla.) (summarily dismissing case on Apr. 4, 2022); see also Oscar v. Warden of USP-Thomson, No. 3:21-cv-50161 (N.D. Ill.) (Johnston, J.) 43 (finding that Oscar "established a pattern of abusing the litigation process" and barring him from making any future filings "under this case number"). Plaintiff therefore knows his conduct is improper. Accordingly, the court denies plaintiff's "motion to expand the record" #3 and dismisses this case as frivolous. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment. This case is closed. Signed by the Honorable Philip G. Reinhard on 6/7/2022. Mailed by jcc (jp, )
