Filing 5 ORDER, Plaintiff's application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis #3 is taken under advisement. If Plaintiff wants to proceed with this case, he must submit certified account statements showing all transactions in all his prison accounts, including, without limitation, his TruFone and TruLincs accounts and any other deposit account not already provided. Each statement must show transactions for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of this complaint. Alternatively, Plaintiff may pre-pay the Court's $402.00 filing fee. Failure to fully comply with this order by April 10, 2023, will result in summary dismissal of this case. The Court defers review of Plaintiff's complaint #1 pending compliance with this order. The Clerk is directed to (1) update Plaintiff's address to FTC Oklahoma; and (2) send a copy of this order to Plaintiff and to the trust fund officer at his place of confinement, who is directed to assist Plaintiff in obtaining the required prison account statements.
