ORDER CLOSING CASE. It has come to the attention of the Court that the complaint filed in this case is identical to the complaint filed previously by Plaintiff Charles Snargrass III on August 2, 2011, in Case No. 11-cv-662-GPM. By accident or out of confusion, Plaintiff mailed his complaint (the identical complaint against the identical Defendants) to the Clerks Office twice. The first complaint was accompanied by Plaintiffs full payment of the filing fee, was docketed as Case No. 11-cv-662-GPM, and was randomly assigned to Judge Murphy. The second copy of the complaint arrived nine days after the first, unaccompanied by any filing fee or motion to proceed in forma pauperis, was docketed as Case No. 11-cv-689-JPG, and was randomly assigned to the undersigned judge. Because it appears that Plaintiff did not intend to file two separate cases, and in the interest of judicial economy, the Clerk is ORDERED to close Case No. 11-cv-689-JPG, the later-filed of the two cases.
