The Court DENIES as moot 8 Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Pe rsonal Jurisdiction brought by Defendants Bristol-Myers Squibb Company, Sanofi-Aventis U.S., L.L.C., Sanofi-Aventis, U.S., Inc., and Sanofi-Synthelabo, Inc. Not later than five (5) days from the date of entry of the attached order, Plaintiffs&#039; counsel are ORDERED to submit to the Court an affidavit of their just costs and any actual expenses, including attorney fees, incurred as a result of the frivolous removal of this case as a "mass action" pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &#167; 1332, as amended by the Class Action Fairness Act of 2005, Pub.
